Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Senior Accountant. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, organized, and analytical. The salary for this position is $75K - $100K.

\n

\n

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

\n

\n

RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

\n
• Process payroll, deductions, garnishments, and maintain accurate records
\n
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare general ledger journal entries
\n
• Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution
\n
• Assist with audits, tax filings, compliance reporting, and internal controls
\n
• Manage cash reconciliations, forecasting, and financial statement preparation
\n
• Improve accounting processes using Excel, automation, and AI tools
\n

The Senior Accountant will possess the following:

\n

\n

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
\n
• 3+ years of relevant experience, manufacturing experience preferred
\n
• Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll/ERP systems
\n
• Interest in AI and accounting automation
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
\n
