Job Description: SHIFT SUPERVISOR at Morrison Healthcare Location: VCUHS - 1250 East Marshall Street, Richmond, VA 23298 Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while adhering to policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers. Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards. Serve as the contact for employee concerns and requests. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement. Perform other duties as assigned.
