About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the strategic and operational execution of the HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day effectiveness of HR activities, including employee experience, total rewards, HR operations, workforce engagement, and learning. This role requires a leader with significant experience in a complex HR environment, a broad knowledge of HR strategy, and a strong ability to connect workforce priorities to business performance. The Vice President will also be tasked with serving as a trusted advisor to executives, translating people strategy into clear priorities, and driving transformation and change leadership within the organization. Candidates for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 12 years' of progressive HR experience. Essential skills include the ability to lead senior HR professionals, advise on complex workforce matters, and ensure HR functions operate as an integrated, business-focused support system. The role demands a leader with strong judgment, analytical capability, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a rapidly evolving organization. Experience in federal government contracting, a highly regulated industry, or a multi-entity organization is strongly preferred, as is a background in transformation and change leadership, and a proven track record in team development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
