Founded in 2004 , we have built a strong foundation of repeat and referral business and consistently manage a high volume of residential sales and leasing activity. We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing efforts and help us build a more consistent, measurable, and effective marketing program. This is not simply a social media posting position. We are looking for someone who can plan, execute, coordinate, and improve marketing campaigns across multiple channels while maintaining a polished, high-end brand. Compensation Part-time position $30,000 – $45,000 annual compensation, depending on experience Opportunity to take meaningful ownership of the company's marketing program Direct access to company leadership and involvement in marketing strategy and decision-making Compensation: $30,00 - $45,000 yearly Qualifications The Person We're Looking For You are: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Highly organized and dependable Responsible and good at following projects through to completion Timely and able to manage deadlines Comfortable making decisions rather than waiting to be told every next step Detail-oriented without losing sight of the larger marketing objective Comfortable learning and using new software and AI tools Able to manage several campaigns and projects simultaneously A clear communicator who works well with manager, agents, vendors and outside partners Interested in improving systems rather than simply repeating the same process Experience That Would Be Helpful Experience in some combination of the following would be valuable: Real estate marketing Digital marketing Social media Direct mail Email marketing Graphic design Marketing automation CRM systems AI-assisted marketing tools Data analysis and campaign reporting Real estate experience is helpful, but strong marketing judgment, organization and initiative are more important than knowing every aspect of the real estate industry on day one. We are looking for someone who wants to take real ownership of the marketing function, drive results, bring ideas to the table and help us continually improve how we reach prospective sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants and past clients. Responsibilities What You’ll Own You will help coordinate and execute the company's ongoing marketing efforts, including: Direct-mail campaigns Work with our title representative and other data providers to identify and refine targeted homeowner mailing lists Coordinate design, printing, mailing schedules and campaign tracking Social media marketing Promote new listings, sold properties, market activity and company branding Create and schedule posts across appropriate social platforms Develop graphics, photography layouts and marketing materials Email marketing Build and manage email campaigns to clients, prospects, and targeted audiences Maintain and improve contact lists and audience segmentation Phone marketing campaigns Help coordinate both AI-assisted and human outbound calling programs Organize lists, messaging, campaign timing, and follow-up Listing marketing Coordinate marketing materials and promotional campaigns for active properties Help ensure each listing is presented professionally and consistently across marketing channels Occasional live events Assist with planning and promotion of client events, open houses, community events, and other marketing opportunities Marketing Analysis & Improvement We don't want to simply "do marketing." We need to understand what is working and improve on it. You will help us: Track campaign results Analyze response rates, leads, and engagement Compare performance between campaigns Identify which audiences, messages, and channels perform best Test new approaches and improve campaigns over time Maintain basic marketing reports and performance dashboards Recommend where marketing time and dollars should be focused Content & Design A strong visual sense is important for this role. You must be comfortable creating attractive marketing materials yourself and using AI-assisted creative tools when appropriate. You should have a good working understanding of: Graphic design and visual composition Page layout Typography Color and branding principles Social media graphics Direct-mail pieces Email design Basic photo selection and editing You do not need to be a professional graphic designer, but you should have a good aesthetic eye and recognize the difference between average marketing materials and polished, professional marketing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
