ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I was born and raised in Shreveport and graduated from C.E. Byrd High School. I went on to play baseball at Louisiana College, where I began my insurance career as a State Farm team member. I’ve always had a goal of owning my own business and serving my community, which led me to open my agency in 2021.

Since then, our team has earned multiple company and industry awards, including State Farm Ambassador Travel, Chairman’s Circle, and Honor Club, all driven by our commitment to delivering reliable service and protecting what matters most to our customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andrew Robinson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
