Stock Plan Administrator

Tesla is looking for a Stock Plan Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the company's global equity incentive programs, which include stock options, restricted stock units ("RSUs"), and employee stock purchase plans ("ESPPs"). This role will report directly to a Sr. Staff Stock Administrator .The ideal candidate is thoroughly familiar with global equity incentive programs (stock options, RSUs, and ESPP) for a large U.S. public technology company.

The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, have strong organization and communicationskills,and be very hands-on.

This role interfaces extensively with the following teams: HR, Payroll, Legal, Technical Accounting, FinancialPlanning&Analysis, and both Internal and External Audit.

• Process transactions involvingequity awards,RSUand Optionvesting,option exercises,and ESPP purchases, with a strong collaboration between HR and Payroll
• Perform reconciliation of records between Stock Administration, HRsystem, and Payrollsystems
• Maintain database integrity and ensure accuracy of record-keeping of equity data using Equity Edge Online
• Provide excellent customer service to equity participants at all levels and to partners across departments and respond quickly to employee questions in a courteous and satisfactory manner, including training on equity topics
• Help develop materials and other employee communications, assist with employee education programs, including conducting employee trainings and information sessions (in person and via video conferencing)

• 3+ years stock administration experiencein a senior rolein a U.S. public company

• Very strong attention to detail and ability to perform self-audit toalways ensure data integrity and utmost accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to make informed decisions
• Active CPA or CEP license preferred, but notrequired
