Customer Account Manager

Job Summary The Customer Account Manager is a trusted logistics advisor providing transportation solutions to support the TMS clients’ supply chain needs. Account Managers proactively reach out to key stakeholders within the customers’ organizations to drive continuous improvement. Problem solving challenging customer issues while providing an exceptional customer experience. Duties/Responsibilities Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships Collaborates with Carrier Reps to identify carrier needs to grow opportunities with new and current customers Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our shipments according to customer needs and objectives Creates efficiencies and drives continuous improvement Identifies market trends that may have a positive or negative impact on the customer Provides a positive customer experience through constant communication and relationship building Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities Demonstrated success in a proactive sales environment Strong relationship building and negotiation skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Detail oriented with analytical and technical skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred At least one year of experience in the Logistics industry Physical Requirements Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate a keyboard and other office equipment, use a telephone, access file cabinets and other items stored at various levels, including overhead Ability to speak and hear well enough to communicate clearly and understandably with sufficient volume to ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance, over the telephone, and in a group setting Ability to continuously operate a personal computer for extended periods of time (4 or more hours) Mental acuity sufficient to collect and interpret data, evaluate, reason, define problems, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, make valid judgments and decisions Dynamic Logistix is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
