Job Description Job Description Vice President of Operations Locations: El Monte Area, CA & South Carolina Compensation: $175,000 – $200,000+ Performance Bonus Lead, Scale, and Transform a High-Growth Operation W are seeking an experienced and hands-on Vice President of Operations to lead and scale operations across our East & West Coast facilities. Reporting directly to the CEO, this high-impact leadership role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving overall performance, and building a culture centered on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Oversee operations across two facilities in California and South Carolina with 150+ employees Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams focused on accountability and ownership Maintain an active presence on the production floor—this is a hands-on leadership position Identify operational gaps, streamline processes, and execute strategic improvements Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to support business growth and scalability Travel to the east coast facility as needed Qualifications Demonstrated success improving efficiency, throughput, and cost structure Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related operational methodologies Experience leading and developing large teams across multiple locations Hands-on leadership approach with strong understanding of shop floor operations Data-driven mindset with the ability to make timely and effective decisions Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Accountable, and results-oriented professional To be considered, please complete the assessment below: Culture Index Assessment BuildTrust Establish strong relationships and credibility with leadership teams and frontline employees Evaluate organizational strengths, identify gaps, and assess overall team alignment Operations Analyze operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and major cost drivers Review workflows, KPIs, and production performance to identify improvement opportunities Execute Strategic Improvements Develop and present a clear strategy focused on operational improvements and cost reduction Implement Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Drive early operational wins that increase efficiency and minimize waste
