Apply today!/ph3General Summary/h3pPerforms work in a centralized operations environment, under some supervision and within established policies and department procedures. Provides back-office support associated with check signature verifications, returned deposited items, check adjustments, change of address requests, bank by mail deposits, non-posted items, collections, returned mail, remote deposit capture, mobile deposit processing, ATM deposit processing, including the following functional duties:/ph3Essential Functions/h3ulliReviews inclearing, large dollar, and two signature required items (checks/ debits) to ensure proper signature, date, endorsements, etc./liliPrepares possible returns list for those items that do not meet the standard pay file guidelines./liliMaintains customers change of address./liliProcesses Returned Deposited Items./liliProcesses Mobile and ATM Deposits, Bank by Mail, Pouch Activity for the Hong Kong Branch or Representative Office./liliProcesses and/or communicates to FIS branch/department decisions for Nonpost Exception Items, Stop Payment Suspect items, and NSF/Overdraft processing./liliValidates Incoming EARNS notifications against accounts./liliProcesses Check Adjustments./liliProcesses Incoming and Outgoing Foreign and Canadian Collections./liliProcesses and distributes Returned and Hold Mail./liliReviews Business Mobile Deposits and Remote Deposit Capture./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pEducation: High school graduate. Some college preferred, but not mandatory./ppExperience: Previous experience working in a banking and/or financial services environment or any other setting where balancing and reconciliation activity is key. Preferred but not mandatory, at least 1 year of back-office deposit operations experience./ppSkills/Ability: Good math skills. Ability to recognize irregular or suspicious transactions when filling pay checks, knowledge of check returns and adjustments. Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate customer service skills. PC literate and 10 key by touch.
