Sales experience is a BIG plus because this role involves presenting opportunities, building relationships, overcoming objections, and confidently moving candidates through the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to identify candidates who are a strong fit
• Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process
• Present the Farmers Insurance career and agency ownership opportunities
• Follow up consistently with candidates and keep your pipeline moving
• Use modern technology, AI tools, marketing systems, and recruiting platforms to generate candidates
• Help new hires navigate licensing, onboarding, training, and their first steps in the insurance business
• Work closely with agents and leadership to understand hiring needs and find the right people
• Track recruiting activity and results while working toward measurable goals
• Continue developing your communication, sales, recruiting, and leadership skills

• Willingness to obtain insurance licenses (P&C and Life & Health- FREE COURSE PROVIDED).
