House of Dank is seeking Shift Leaders What you\'ll do... Assist Walk-In team members with customer service issues such as product questions, pricing issues, etc. (escalate exchanges, returns, and extenuating issues to higher store management) Help oversee daily tasks and organization of the sales floor Assist the Store Manager in monitoring all employees including Walk-In Team, Curbside Team, Delivery Team, and Inventory Team Mentor, motivate, and coach employees to ensure exemplary customer service Assist any department in the retail location as needed What we\'re looking for... Previous cannabis industry experience REQUIRED Previous managerial experience is greatly preferred Strong familiarity with Metrc and LeafLogix is greatly preferred Open availability REQUIRED Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure in a very fast-paced and ever-changing industry Must be able to travel to corporate office or current retail locations for training.
