Facility Maintenance Technician

Facility Maintenance TechnicianInsight Global is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician for a real estate development and property management company in Philadelphia, PA. This individual will support a portfolio of approximately 14 commercial properties, including office spaces, art studios, maker spaces, and other creative-use facilities.The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience and a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This person will be responsible for conducting routine property walkthroughs, performing preventative maintenance, identifying facility issues, completing repairs, and communicating findings to management and tenants.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of work, operating independently, and supporting multiple commercial properties throughout the city.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Perform scheduled preventative maintenance across multiple commercial propertiesConduct routine building inspections and walkthroughsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsComplete general building maintenance tasks and minor repairsIdentify potential facility issues and recommend corrective actionsDocument maintenance findings and communicate updates to managementRespond to maintenance requests and work orders as neededCoordinate with vendors and contractors when necessaryEnsure properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained
