North Carolina State University is seeking an OIT Managed Desktop Support Analyst to provide expert workstation and peripheral support across the OIT Managed Desktop Service. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and networking issues while coordinating with users and IT teams to deliver high-quality technical assistance.
