Location: Rogers, MN
Compensation: $20.00-$24.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Day shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00am-3:00pm

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Saw Operator workers for a metal fabrication company in Rogers, MN. In this role, you'll operate industrial saws to produce precise aluminum parts and support a quality-driven production environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and working with machinery in a fast-paced setting, this job could be a great fit. What You'll Do as a Saw Operator:

• Operate CNC and manual saws to cut aluminum panels and extrusions to precise measurements
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and cut lists
• Measure and mark materials using tape measures, calipers, and other tools
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols
• Perform routine saw maintenance and report equipment issues

What You Need to Bring to the Saw Operator Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience operating industrial saws in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Forklift experience is a plus
