Financial Controller - North America
LGC Group
LGC Group seeks a Financial Controller for North America to lead regional financial operations across multiple sites. This senior finance role manages accounting, reporting, taxes, and cash management while directing finance teams and partnering with operational leadership to drive profitability and working capital efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial performance and controls across designated North American operational sites
- Direct finance teams and manage budgeting, staffing, training, and talent development
- Lead month-end and year-end closing, balance sheet management, and audit coordination
- Partner with operational and cross-functional leaders to drive margin expansion and cost discipline
- Deliver monthly KPI reporting on working capital, cash flow, and budget variance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
- 15+ years financial experience in manufacturing organizations
- Executive-level finance business partnering with proven operational decision-making influence
- Experience managing finances for businesses with $200M+ revenues
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, SAP, and IFS proficiency
- Track record developing and managing finance talent across multiple sites
- Strong knowledge of operational and financial accounting principles and regulations
