Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, primarily focusing on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric professionals and mental health counselors to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) integrated assessments to monitor client progress, allowing for personalized adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide support and guidance to clients in various stages of their mental health journey, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and validated during therapy sessions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client interactions in accordance with best practices and organizational policies.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or doctorate in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Guiding Light Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, bolstered by additional incentives based on performance.
