As a fully remote role, this position offers flexibility without the daily commute, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct online therapy sessions utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other structured therapeutic models to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.

• Utilize our integrated Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to document and track client progress systematically, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records that enhance treatment efficacy.

• Participate in ongoing peer supervision meetings and training initiatives to further your clinical skills and stay informed about new methodologies and best practices in mental health therapy.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and adapt therapeutic techniques to meet their varying psychological needs.

Qualifications\n

• An active Florida license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of independent therapy experience working with diverse populations in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and familiarity with other evidence-based modalities.

• Demonstrated capability to manage various clinical concerns with confidence and compassion.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
