Business Development Representative

Job Responsibilities:Engaging in all training directed by the BDC ManagerFollow the BDC scripts and guidelines on all inbound and outbound callsEnsuring that all calls presented are answered promptly and professionalDeveloping proficiency with all features of the BDC CRM Software and associated productsEnsuring that all information entered into BDC systems is consistent and accurateMaintaining knowledge of coupons, direct mail pieces, all sales advertising, and inventory throughout the company and its OEMsMaintain current knowledge of schedules of personnel throughout the dealershipsMaintain a thorough understanding and adherence to dealership and BDC department policies and proceduresEndeavor to meet and exceed hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly individual goals as communicated by the BDC ManagerEnsure that all outbound calls (No Shows, Confirmations, Show appointment follow up, and Task list calls) are made in a timely and effective mannerConsistently meet the daily guidelines set for a number of set appointments, appointment shows, and outbound callsMaintain the essential communication link between the client and the dealershipEnsure that all communications to and from the client and to and from the sales department are passed on effectively and quicklyJob Qualifications:Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google DocsDealership and call center experience preferredWilling to engage in ongoing trainingAbility to read and comprehend instructions and information.Skilled at building positive relationships over the phone or via emailProfessional personal appearance.Excellent communication skills.Must possess strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to multitaskDemonstrates the ability to interact effectively with dealer personnel at all levelsMaintains a professional code of conduct at all times.Perform other duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
