You will create and manage content across key platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, with a focus on reaching B2B audiences. Manage social media publishing activities, including content scheduling, platform updates, and engagement monitoring. Track social media trends and identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience reach. Analyze engagement metrics and use insights to optimize content strategies and improve results. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing team members to create cohesive campaigns and digital experiences. Support ongoing content planning initiatives and contribute creative ideas for new marketing opportunities. Requirements: The ideal candidate has proven experience creating social media content within a B2B marketing environment, combining creativity with analytical thinking and strong communication skills. 4+ years of experience creating and editing content for social media and professional platforms. Experience developing B2B marketing content and communicating with business audiences. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and social media best practices. Ability to create compelling visuals, written content, and storytelling assets aligned with brand messaging. Experience analyzing social media performance metrics and adjusting strategies based on insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with excellent editing and proofreading abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt to evolving trends. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
