Epic is seeking an experienced, bilingual Staffing Specialist to join our Thornton team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume position supporting light-industrial clients and employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of staffing agency experience
• Experience recruiting for high-volume light-industrial positions
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Strong recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and customer-service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet urgent staffing deadlines
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Experience using applicant-tracking systems and job boards
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, screen, and onboard qualified candidates
• Fill high-volume light-industrial orders quickly and accurately
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified employees
• Post jobs and source candidates through multiple recruiting platforms
• Coordinate orientations, background checks, drug screens, and new-hire paperwork
• Communicate with clients and employees regarding orders, schedules, and attendance
• Maintain accurate employee and assignment records
• Support employee relations, payroll, and daily branch operations
• Meet established recruiting, placement, and retention goals
