Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior school-based experience preferred; strong clinical backgrounds considered
• Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, families, and support staff
• Comfortable managing a full-time, elementary-aged caseload
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Track student progress, maintain detailed documentation, and communicate results with parents and educators
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student development and educational goals
• Provide direct therapy services both individually and in small groups across one or two elementary locations
