This isn't a typical "customer service" role. You're the first conversation, the first connection, and often the reason a customer chooses to move forward with us.

If you're someone who loves talking to people, asking great questions, and getting others excited about what's possible-this role is built for you.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Talking to a lot of people (50+ conversations a day-and yes, that's the fun part)
• Getting customers excited about their ideas, projects, and possibilities
• Helping businesses turn ideas into real, tangible products
• Gathering details (logos, branding, specs) to get projects started right
• Assisting with first-time orders and reorders
• Keeping customer info organized and up-to-date in our system
• Working closely with design, production, and shipping to keep things moving
• Learning our products so you can guide customers toward what works best

What You'll Need

• Ability to work on-site in Hastings, MN
• Comfort with 50+ daily conversations
• A genuine interest in helping people and solving problems

Helpful (but not required):

• Customer service or sales experience
• Account management or client-facing roles
