Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Property Accountant located in San Diego, CA. The Property Accountant will handle daily accounting tasks including preparing financial statements, recording and reviewing journal entries, and overseeing financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial properties. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining general ledgers, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting Strong skills in Accounting and Finance Experience with Journal Entries and General Ledger management Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights for informed decision-making Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required Previous experience in commercial real estate accounting preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Meissner Commercial Real Estate Services
