About You: Proven expertise in technical program management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership. Strong knowledge of software integrations, certification programs, release management, and issue resolution processes. Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and drive consensus across diverse teams. Extensive experience monitoring program milestones, risks, dependencies, and operational performance. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations. Solid understanding of the streaming add ecosystem as it relates to software and hardware requirements, technology platforms, TV manufacturing process, and customer-facing user experiences.
