This role oversees production teams, vendor partnerships, budgets, timelines, and client relationships while ensuring exceptional event execution from concept through completion.The Supervisor serves as a key leader within the production department, driving operational excellence, mentoring team members, and supporting business growth through high-level client service and production expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end production management for live events, festivals, experiential programs, and branded activationsOversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achievedManage internal production teams, freelancers, vendors, and agency partners throughout all phases of executionDevelop and maintain production schedules, staffing plans, logistics, and operational workflowsSupervise onsite event operations including load-in, rehearsals, show days, and strikeDirect vendor negotiations and coordination including AV, staging, fabrication, lighting, power, scenic, rigging, and laborPartner closely with clients, account teams, creative teams, and venue stakeholders to align production strategy with event goalsMonitor and manage production budgets, estimates, change orders, purchase orders, and reconciliationsEnsure compliance with venue regulations, permitting, insurance, and safety requirementsProvide leadership and mentorship to production managers, coordinators, and junior staffIdentify process improvements to increase operational efficiency and execution qualitySupport business development efforts including production estimates, client presentations, and scope developmentMaintain high standards of execution, client satisfaction, and team collaborationYou Have These:7–10+ years of experience in live event production, experiential marketing, entertainment production, or festival operationsProven experience managing large-scale productions and multi-market event programsStrong leadership and team management experienceDeep understanding of event logistics, technical production, fabrication, and onsite operationsExperience managing large production budgets and vendor negotiationsExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to perform under pressure in fast-paced event environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management platforms, and budgeting toolsWillingness to travel and work nights/weekends as required by event schedulesPreferred ExperiencesFestival, touring, or national experiential activation experienceAgency or brand-side experiential production backgroundKnowledge of union labor, venue operations, and permitting processesLive event safety trainingExperience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing presentationsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and move throughout long event daysAbility to work outdoors and in varying event environmentsAbility to lift and move production materials when necessaryFlexibility to travel frequently and support extended production schedulesKey skillsEvent OperationsProduction ManagementVendor CoordinationBudget TrackingTeam LeadershipClient RelationsLogistics PlanningProblem SolvingTime ManagementOnsite Event ExecutionHow we work:WME Group is at the center of sports, media, entertainment, and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business.
