Ryder is hiring a Class B CDL Truck Driver in Sioux Falls, SD. This role offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to build a safe and rewarding career. Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $28.00 per hour Pay Frequency: Weekly Hours per Week: 50+ (Monday – Friday) Schedule: Monday through Friday Equipment & Routes Tractor: Straight truck Freight: Heavy‑touch medical supplies Route: Home daily in surrounding areas Equipment: Pallet jack, stair walker, forklift TWIC card preferred (reimbursement offered) Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 21 years of age Valid Class B CDL with appropriate endorsements Experience: 9 months in the past 3 years, 2 years in the past 5 years, or 5 years in the past 10 years Pass a Ryder drug test Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check (including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years) Pass a DOT physical Pass a Ryder road test Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures Responsibilities Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards and guidelines Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards Maintain accurate records and logs Load and unload freight or assist with loading/unloading as required by customer Perform other duties as assigned Benefits 401(k) rollover and company match at 1 year 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to eligibility) Uniforms, cell phone, and boot allowance provided Paid training 24/7 roadside maintenance and fueling at 800+ locations Ryder is a proud equal‑opportunity employer.
