Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their individual goals and preferences, setting the groundwork for a personalized therapeutic plan.

• Design and implement specialized rehabilitation strategies based on clients' educational backgrounds, skills, and ambitions, while remaining adaptable to their evolving needs.

• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow team members, refining treatment strategies that align with clients' personal journey towards recovery.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, tracking personal information, treatment history, and progress notes to ensure continuity of care.

• Regularly monitor client improvements, assessing their progress towards goals and modifying treatment plans to optimize success rates.

• Provide ongoing support during clients' engagement in occupational training and placement, addressing any concerns or barriers to their progress.

• Foster strong relationships with clients’ families, facilitating open communication to ensure that the support network surrounding each client is robust.

• Perform assessments promptly and document findings accurately for reference and follow-up.
\n
• Offer direction and referrals to additional resources when necessary to meet clients' comprehensive needs.
