Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical cases, and chronic pain syndromes.
• Develop and execute evidence-based, individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Employ a combination of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to aid rehabilitation and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide education to patients on injury prevention strategies, movement mechanics, and prescribed home exercise programs for further recovery beyond therapy sessions.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons and physician assistants, to optimize patient care and achieve the best possible rehabilitation outcomes.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring responsiveness to patient feedback and recovery timelines.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and insurance requirements.
• Stay abreast of the latest principles and techniques in orthopedic rehabilitation by participating in continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be serving a diverse patient population in the Fernley area, including individuals recovering from sports-related injuries, surgeries, and managing chronic orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or an equivalent qualification is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role reflects the clinical expertise and dedication of the selected candidate, with a salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience.
