Position Overview The Regional Vice President will provide both strategic leadership and hands-on operational oversight for a portfolio within one of our key markets. This leader will be responsible for driving performance, developing high-impact teams, and ensuring operational execution at the highest level. This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop multi-site leadership teams. Drive financial performance and portfolio growth. Implement strategic initiatives while maintaining operational discipline. Build, coach, and promote future leaders. Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and measurable results. Operate with a strategic mindset while remaining closely connected to day-to-day execution. Qualifications Proven success in multi-unit leadership (retail, hospitality, fitness, restaurants, or similar). Demonstrated track record of growing revenue, improving profitability, and scaling operations. Strong experience developing high-performing teams and succession pipelines.
