Assistant Front Office Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a service‑mindful Assistant Front Office Manager to lead and inspire our Front Office team. In this role you will train, supervise, and mentor new hires, setting them up for success while interacting with guests daily. You will lead by example and help create exceptional guest service. Responsibilities Train, supervise, and mentor Front Office staff to ensure staff readiness. Lead by example, delivering consistent and welcoming service to guests. Manage daily operations of the Front Office and maintain high service standards. Support the Front Office Manager in financial performance and guest engagement. Qualifications Minimum of 2years experience in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably in an upper‑upscale or luxury hotel environment. Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus. Advanced knowledge of front‑office operations and proven leadership skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
