Buyer Assistant

Overview Insight Global is seeking a Buyer Assistant to support a large, fast-paced healthcare organization. This individual will play a key administrative role within the procurement team, assisting buyers with order tracking, purchase order processing, and exception management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a high-volume transactional environment while leveraging strong Excel skills to support daily operations. Assist buyers with daily procurement tasks in a high‑volume transactional environment. Leverage Excel skills to support daily operations and data entry accuracy. Maintain attention to detail and strong organizational practices in a fast-paced setting. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain or a related field 1–2 years of experience in an office‑based role supporting administrative functions, preferably in a healthcare environment or on a supply chain/finance team Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, transactional environment Strong Excel skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience Healthcare buyer or healthcare purchasing experience Experience working in a large or complex organization Benefits Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
