Role Description This full‑time Executive Partner role is a hybrid position based in Kansas City, MO, with a mix of onsite work and some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Executive Partner will provide comprehensive support to private and confidential clients by managing calendars, meetings, and travel; coordinating communications; and ensuring follow‑through on priorities and action items. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documents and presentations, organizing confidential files, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves proactively identifying issues, proposing solutions, and helping streamline processes to improve efficiency for clients. The Executive Partner will be expected to maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrate excellent judgment, and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in executive support, chief‑of‑staff, or high‑level administrative roles, preferably in a fast‑paced, confidential environment. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and meet deadlines reliably. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and prepare clear, concise documents and presentations. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information. Comfort with hybrid work, including proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (such as video conferencing, shared drives, and project tracking platforms). Strong problem‑solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while knowing when to elevate issues. Proficiency with office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and calendar management systems). Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience supporting senior leaders, entrepreneurs, or high‑net‑worth individuals is beneficial.
