As a Program Manager (Digital Learning Accessibility Program Manager), you will oversee Section 508 testing for all distance learning programs, managing processes and teams, and ensuring accessibility compliance for adult education and professional development courses. Responsibilities Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing of digital products. Leverage technology to enhance digital learning and program efficiency. Manage accessibility compliance and training programs, including developing project plans and collaborating with stakeholders. Design, develop, and deliver training or professional development programs related to digital learning. Analyze digital product standards to advise leadership on compliance and risk management. Collaborate with developers and designers to identify accessibility challenges, communicate technical information, and advise product improvement. Qualifications One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 level or equivalent. Experience conducting manual and automated accessibility testing of digital products. Experience managing accessibility compliance and training programs, including developing project plans and collaborating with stakeholders. Experience designing, developing, and delivering training or professional development programs related to digital learning. Experience analyzing digital product standards to advise leadership on compliance and risk management. Experience collaborating with developers and designers to identify accessibility challenges, communicate technical information, and advise product improvement. Current federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 07/27/2026. Must hold a Section 508 Trusted Tester certification; provide proof of certification and identification number. Qualifications must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 07/27/2026.
