Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support dimensional quality activities within the body shop and manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Execute dimensional analysis, validation, and optimization for body structures Apply GD&T and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles Maintain and improve existing dimensional control plans Perform PFMEA related to dimensional deviations (training provided) Collaborate with Manufacturing, Design, and Quality teams to resolve issues Review defect data, conduct audits, and support continuous improvement Participate in daily quality and safety meetings Required Qualifications 4–5+ years of dimensional or manufacturing quality experience Strong understanding of GD&T and measurement systems Experience with DFM , PFMEA , and cross-functional collaboration Preferred Experience with PolyWorks (training provided) Automotive or body shop environment experience Schedule M–F, 1st shift (6:00am–4:30pm) Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation) Onsite only As a certified minority‑owned business, Pride Global and its affiliates - including Russell Tobin, Pride Health, and Pride Now - are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer.
