• als.Sales & Trend Analy sis: Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional impacts to refine forecasts and anticipate demand fluctuati
• ons.Cross-Functional Collaborat ion: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align on demand drivers, promotions, and product launc
• hes.SKU-Level Demand Plann ing: Optimize forecasts at the SKU level to prevent stockouts and excess inventory, ensuring product availabil
• ity.Data & Tool Utiliza tion: Use Excel, Power BI, and SAP (Anaplan is a plus) to analyze demand data and provide key business insig
• hts.Supply Coordinat ion: Work closely with Supply Planning to align on inventory management strategies based on forecasted dem
• and.Performance Monitor ing: Track key KPIs such as forecast accuracy (Lag 2, SPP1, MAPE), fill rate, and conformance to plan, recommending corrective actions when nee

Qualifications & Requirem

• ents:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a
• plus.2-3 years of experience in Demand Planning, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics indu
• stry.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP (Anaplan experience is a p
• lus).Proven experience in SKU-level demand planning and forecas
• ting.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage high-volume data, and meet deadl
• ines.Strong organizational and decision-making sk
