Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to work with diverse caseloads and adapt interventions as needed

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments and direct services to students with varying needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to design functional learning environments
• Maintain accurate records and comply with legal and district guidelines
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable OT insights
• Stay current with occupational therapy best practices and continuing education
