This position partners with leaders and employees to deliver responsive guidance on employee relations, staffing, policy administration, compliance, and workforce support while promoting a positive employee experience. The role influences day-to-day workforce decisions by ensuring employment practices are applied consistently, employment actions comply with applicable laws and company policies, and people-related issues are resolved effectively. Working collaboratively across operations and human resources, the Representative helps maintain organizational effectiveness through accurate administration, timely communication, and proactive problem solving.
