Employer Industry: Information Technology Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary range of $55,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Engage with premier clients and make a significant impact on their success Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams Chance to shape product enhancements based on customer feedback Minimal travel required (10%) for key customer visits What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Build and sustain trusted, long-term partnerships with clients as a strategic advisor Guide new clients through a structured onboarding journey, ensuring effective training and alignment with success outcomes Represent the customer's perspective internally to enhance client value Monitor client engagement to anticipate challenges and align resources with business priorities Partner with Sales Account Directors on renewal cycles and uncover expansion opportunities What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the IT industry Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience Ability to understand key customer personas and needs from IT Suppliers Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365 Familiarity with tools like Gainsight or Churnzero Previous experience in a customer success role within the IT sector We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
