Remote Senior Accountant

Beyond Smartpricing, we've launched a suite of products over the past few years that is growing by more than 10% month-over-month. Our goal is to become one of the leading global players in our industry.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure compliance with Italian GAAP and applicable regulations

• Prepare and post journal entries on a daily basis

• Book invoices, included the intercompany ones

• Make payments guaranteeing to follow the correct process 

• Prepare and review financial statements and support the preparation of the monthly reporting package

• Manage general ledger, month, quarterly and year-end closing processes

• Prepare and review financial statements and support the preparation of the monthly reporting package

• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors

• Collaborate with the FP&A department in the analysis of costs and the preparation of the cash flow 

• Collaborate with the HR admin department and external payroll providers and oversee statutory filings

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, CX)

• 7+ years of experience in accounting role

• Proven knowledge of both the Italian accounting principles and the IFRS and reporting obligations

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and analytical mindset

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting and in a very dynamic environment 

• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English

• Solid Excel and accounting software skills

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in SaaS, Tech, or digital B2B environments

• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP or similar accounting platforms
