Senior Accountant - Not-for-Profit

To support outsourced accounting clients, the full-time remote Senior Accountant - Not-for-Profit will execute daily transactional accounting operations, including managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, supporting month-end close activities, and contributing to process improvements. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations Identify trends and implement process improvements to enhance data integrity and compliance with GAAP Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, particularly with clients generating $1M-$50M in annual revenue Experience with ERP and cloud-based accounting systems Proficiency in processing AP, AR, and payroll transactions Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a multi-client environment
