Job Title: Production Operator (Richmond, KY)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to assist in general loading and unloading tasks, helping the machine operator, and sorting parts into crates. While the parts are small and lightweight, the crates may become heavy once full.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with loading and unloading tasks.
• Sort small parts into crates efficiently.
• Ensure quality and accuracy in sorting parts.
• Operate machinery and equipment as required.
• Inspect products for quality assurance.
• Utilize hand tools and follow blueprints as needed.

Work Environment

You will work in a dynamic production environment with three shift options: 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM, 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM, and 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:15 AM. Overtime is required, with work weeks likely ranging from 50 to 60 hours, and flexibility on scheduling is a must. Safety is our priority; steel-toed shoes and safety glasses are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, KY.

The pay range for this position is $15.75 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Richmond,KY.
