Growth Marketing Manager

Splendid Skin is a luxury medspa in Franklin, Tennessee, dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through results-driven aesthetic treatments and an elevated client experience. We're in an exciting growth phase following a recent relocation to a beautiful new space, and are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive our next chapter of expansion. Position Overview The Growth Marketing Manager will own Splendid Skin's marketing strategy and execution end-to-end from paid advertising and social media to promotions, brand partnerships, and our website. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on measurable results, creative campaigns, and building a brand that reflects the quality of our services. Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising (Meta + Google Ads) Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Monitor performance, optimize spend, and report on ROI and lead generation Manage conversion tracking and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness Social Media Management Develop and execute a content calendar across all social platforms Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that reflects Splendid Skin's brand and aesthetic Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and grow our follower base and community Promotions & Campaign Management Design and manage seasonal promotions, service launches, and special offers Coordinate campaign timelines, messaging, and channel rollout (email, social, in-office, ads) Track promotion performance and iterate based on results Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers Coordinate content collaborations, gifting, and partnership agreements Track ambassador program performance and ROI Website Management Maintain and update the Splendid Skin website, including service pages, promotions, and content Ensure the site reflects current branding, pricing, and offerings Monitor site performance and troubleshoot basic issues Qualifications 1–2+ years of experience in marketing (A MUST), ideally in a medspa, beauty, wellness, or related consumer-facing industry Demonstrated experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns Strong social media content creation and management skills Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects at once Basic website management experience (WordPress preferred) Excellent written communication and a strong eye for brand consistency Highly organized, deadline-driven, and results-oriented What Success Looks Like Growing qualified lead volume and bookings through paid and organic channels Building an engaged, growing social media presence aligned with Splendid Skin's brand Running promotions that drive measurable revenue and client retention Maintaining a polished, up-to-date website that converts visitors into clients Developing a brand ambassador program that expands reach and credibility Compensation & Structure To be finalized — competitive base salary or hourly rate based on experience, with performance-based bonus opportunities tied to lead generation and campaign results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
