Marketing Automation Manager

Leading a centralized campaign operations function, the full-time remote Campaign Operations Program Manager will coordinate campaign requests, oversee workload allocation, and ensure the successful execution of multi-channel campaigns while leveraging Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) expertise. Key Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into integrated campaign strategies and oversee campaign planning and execution Manage the campaign operations function, providing guidance to the Senior Campaign Operations Specialist and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns Optimize end-to-end campaign processes and serve as a subject matter expert on marketing automation best practices Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, campaign management, or demand generation Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) certification required, with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Proven leadership experience in campaign operations, including workflow management and execution in a high-volume environment Strong understanding of lead management processes and experience with structured A/B testing programs Experience with BI and analytics platforms, translating data insights into actionable campaign optimizations
