Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain thorough, detailed, and up-to-date clinical notes and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other specialists, to optimize patient treatment plans and outcomes.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights to enhance therapy effectiveness.

• Utilize telehealth technology proficiently to engage with clients and to conduct sessions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
