Customer Care and Front Desk Management in a busy veterinary practice We are prepared to offer the right salary and benefit package to an experienced leader who can help our hospital grow in excellent client care as well as pet medical care. Applicants should have at least 2 years experience in Veterinary front desk management, book-keeping skills, pet preventative medical knowledge, and team leadership. Customer Care Reps. works closely with hospital administrator and lead technician. Experience with Pulse Operating system is a bonus. Also a strong working knowledge of Microsoft office programs. Hospital open Monday - Saturday. Fulltime staff generally work 4 day schedule, rotating weekends. Our industry has it's challenges so management actively promotes a healthy work/home balance.
