Duties Conduct table signings for residential and new construction transactions. Draft and review contracts, deeds, leases, and other legal documents. Review closing statements for financial accuracy and compliance. Scrutinize loan documents and complete closing packages. Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on transaction implications. Apply title insurance expertise to protect clients from title defects. Evaluate property surveys, inspections, and relevant documentation. Conduct meticulous property title reviews to identify liens or defects. Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand the client base. Participate in maintaining an organized office environment and assist with administrative tasks. Requirements Active member of relevant state bar in good standing. State-specific Notary Public certification. In-depth understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and local ordinances. Knowledge of property rights, land use, zoning laws, and environmental regulations. Expertise in title insurance policies and property documentation evaluation. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications State Bar membership. Notary Public certification. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
