Outside Sales Representative – Process Cooling
\nCleveland, Ohio / Field Based
\n$105,000 Base Salary + Commission
\n \nAn established US manufacturer of custom engineered process cooling, process heating and temperature control equipment is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to support continued growth across its industrial markets.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\nDevelop new business for process cooling and temperature control systems
\nManage opportunities from initial enquiry through proposal, negotiation and order placement
\nVisit customer sites to understand applications and technical requirements
\nWork with Engineering and Applications teams to develop equipment selections and quotations
\nBuild relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, engineers and industrial end users
\nDevelop existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional equipment and services
\n \nPackage:
\n$105,000 base salary
\nCommission program

\n \nWhat You’ll Need:
\nExperience within technical sales, engineering or industrial equipment
\nKnowledge of process cooling, chillers or temperature control equipment advantageous
\nStrong new business and account management skills
\nConfident discussing technical applications with industrial customers
\nStrong communication and presentation skills
\nValid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the US
\nAbility to undertake occasional international travel
\n \nThe role involves approximately 85% US travel , with occasional international travel, supporting customers across industries including plastics, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, data centers and general manufacturing.
