Job Description
We are currently looking for an HR Associate to help with hiring. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office setting, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in Human Resources. This is a perfect job for someone looking to start their career in the education and HR field.
Responsibilities
- Creating and posting job descriptions to the ATS
- Screening potential candidates
- Scheduling and assisting in interviews
- Scheduling new hire training
- Completing onboarding documents
- Employee Relations
- Maintains confidentiality
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher
- 1 Year experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role
Compensation
- $21 an hour based on education and experience
