Job Title: Payroll/ HR Assistant Location: Newark, New Jersey Type: Contract Compensation: $25/Hour Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: Part time: 3-days per week; 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (24-hours/week) Must be able to work Tuesdays for payroll processing A Newark manufacturing company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Payroll/Human Resources Assistant to support daily payroll and HR operations. Summary: Responsible for weekly payroll processing, collaborating with Company HR Business Partner and the Company’s business leaders in the day-to-day HR activities and administration which include answering employee inquiries, tracking and monitoring employee attendance, maintaining employee records and time off balance, and recording and reporting employee related issues.
