Associate Attorney

LOGS Legal Group LLP has been a pioneer in creditors’ rights law and is building a pipeline of Associate Attorneys across the United States for future opportunities. Associate Attorney – Responsibilities Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings. Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Attend court hearings in person and virtually. Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff. Deliver responsive, client‑focused legal services in a high‑volume practice. Qualifications Barrister licensed in at least one of the following states: AL, AZ, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, and WA. Multi‑state licensure is a plus. 3+ years of experience preferred; however, all qualified applicants are considered. Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills. Detail‑oriented, organized, and driven. Location & Travel Varies by role and candidate location (onsite, hybrid, and remote options available). Local court‑related travel required. Conditions of Work Ability to sit or stand for long periods. Ability to remain focused for extended periods. Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day. Ability to perform repetitive movements such as typing, clicking, and swiveling. Ability to multi‑task.
